Yes, we provide delivery services throughout Wichita Falls and TX. Delivery fees vary based on the location and size of the order. Contact our team for detailed pricing.
What if an item gets damaged during my event? +
While we understand accidents happen, clients are responsible for any damages or loss during the rental period. Fees for damages will vary based on the item's replacement or repair cost.
Do you offer setup and breakdown services? +
Yes, we offer both setup and breakdown services. Our professional team ensures your event looks pristine and takes care of post-event disassembly for a hassle-free experience.
Can I view items before renting? +
Under certain circumstances we would be able to accommodate your request. Although it is a lot of work just to roll one out and roll it back up. We should always have plenty of pictures available for you to view.

Rental Agreement

Space Kids LLC — Thank you for your business!

1. Equipment, Rent & Terms of Lease

The undersigned, as Lessee, hires Space Kids LLC as Lessor for one Space Kids unit, identification number [Blower I.D Number]. The rental fee as stated above is payable in advance from the start time to the end time of the rental period. Lessee agrees to supervise the operation of all rented equipment and will reimburse Space Kids LLC for any damage or loss up to the full repair or replacement value.

2. Delivery / Operation / Payments

Delivery will be made to the street address specified by the Lessee. Lessee grants Space Kids LLC access to the property for delivery and pickup at the specified times. All payments are due in advance or at delivery unless otherwise arranged. No refunds after delivery.

Overnight Rentals: Lessee understands and acknowledges that the blower must be removed from the inflatable device and locked in a secure location overnight. Initials: ___________

3. Transportation Expense

All delivery and pickup charges are included in the Rental Fee noted above. If the unit is not available for pickup at the agreed time, a $50 transportation fee will be applied.

5. Special Instructions (If Unit Deflates)

  1. Check that the motor is plugged in securely; only use the 100 ft extension cord provided.
  2. If the motor is running, check the air intake and both tubes at the back for blockages or loose ties; re-tie if needed.
  3. If the problem persists, call (940) 867-7208 for assistance.

6. Safe Operation Acknowledgment

Lessee acknowledges having received instructions and understanding the safe operation of the Space Kids unit. Lessee agrees to observe all safety precautions and guarantees the safe return of the unit. Lessee agrees to pay $4,000 if the unit is not returned.

7. Maintenance

Lessee agrees to keep the unit in the same condition as when received, ordinary wear excepted.

8. Alterations and Attachments

No alterations or attachments will be made to the Space Kids unit without prior written approval from the Lessor.

9. Warranty

Lessor warrants that the Space Kids unit will be in good working order at the start of the rental. Lessor’s obligation under this warranty is limited to repair or replacement of the unit if it fails to conform. This warranty excludes all other expressed or implied warranties, including any liability for consequential damages.

10. Title to Space Kids

Lessee agrees to keep the Space Kids unit in their custody, not to sublease, rent, sell, remove, or transfer it. The unit will remain on Lessee’s property and may be removed by Lessor after termination of this Rental Agreement.

11. Release of Liability / Hold Harmless

Lessee is responsible for operation and agrees to indemnify and hold Space Kids LLC, its officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or costs (including attorneys’ fees) arising from the use or return of the unit. Space Kids LLC is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages due to misuse, acts of God, or negligence by the Lessee.

12. Entire Agreement

This Rental Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between Lessor and Lessee. Time is of the essence. Lessee acknowledges that the unit is received in good working order.

13. Rain & Weather Policy

During severe weather (rain, high winds, etc.), Space Kids LLC reserves the right to cancel reservations. If conditions are borderline, Lessee may choose to proceed; however, once delivered, no refunds will be issued.

Lessee authorizes Space Kids LLC to charge the card on file for unpaid balances, damages, cleaning fees, missing items, or overtime per this agreement.

16. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Texas, and venue lies in the company’s county of operation.

By signing below, Lessee acknowledges understanding and acceptance of this agreement and any addenda.
